Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for items that are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are crafted exclusively for you.
  • To ensure authenticity and product condition, we require an unboxing video at the time of opening your package. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the complete unboxing video clearly shows the item upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and your unboxing video.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund, ensuring the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
