Shipping within India

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days if the product is ready or in stock (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For custom-made or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch timeline may extend to 20–25 business days or longer, depending on the intricacy of the design and production schedule.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details to help you monitor your shipment.

All domestic orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your jewellery.

 

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping to select countries.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

International orders are usually delivered within 15–30 business days, depending on the shipping location and customs clearance process.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the recipient.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.

 

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or customs procedures are beyond our control, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving such matters promptly.

 

Packaging

Each Jewel ‘o’ Studio piece is securely packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All parcels are tamper-proof and sealed before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
